If I had a problem with an appliance, AHS has been prompt to take care of the matter. If the appliance is broken beyond repair, there is no hesitation to replace it. I ame totally satisfied with AHS and will recommend them to anyone.

They are ok, sometimes everything is covered, other times the have a lot of small print in their agreement that allows them to cover very little of the costs. That is especially true for more expensive jobs.

When I first joined American Home Shield the plans were exactly what I needed. As the years progress, there were many changes which was not favorable for me. At present I am very likely to be changing my services with the company.
