Plumber came as scheduled, was on time, polite and explained the issue after job was finished. Would use him again. Amerian Home Warranty is the best, have had them for 2 years now and no issues. Scheduling is very easy.
My washer and my dryer had to be fixed. Advanced Appliance came out and repaired it. They were very good, courteous and professional. I’m completely happy. I love American Home Shield. My only concern is my husband is not happy with paying 70 some dollars a month then having to pay $100 per visit. But we need the service so I'm doing it anyway. I'm not gonna stop it.
American Home Shield is all right. I've had them for four years in two different houses. My AC upstairs went out and it took a week to get it fixed. I had a leaking dishwasher and a leaking washing machine. They were two separate claims. DC Appliance Repair came out and it was good.
I filled out a claim online with American Home Shield. I had to find my new account number because it wasn't connected to the old one. But once I got into my email and figured that out, I went in and went to the sign that connects on how to get the claim done. They give you an option of what you want to do. If it's electric or plumbing, you click plumbing and they give you a list of plumbing things underneath your warranty. You then click that specific one and you send it out. We have a storage unit behind our garage. In the summer, we use our garage as a Florida room, and our water heater, furnace and stuff were out there. When we got up in the morning, water was running out from under the wall between the garage and the storage area. I called American Home Shield on Monday and we didn't get service until Thursday. Everything was excellent with Southern Air Conditioning. They were prompt, on time and very professional. They kept me abreast of when they arrived and when they did the job and completed it. They wore masks and everything safety. They did the right thing. Home Shield is the best too. I always use Home Shield. Our refrigerator was determined to be unrepairable after several visits from two different AHS service providers. AHS quickly provided us with generous replacement options. We continue to be satisfied customers of AHS.
My latest claim with AHS was for a part on my dishwasher, my microwave which had gone hinky, and an icemaker. The contractors called me and they came when they said they were gonna come. He ordered the part that he needed and came back when he said he would and got everything fixed. We thought the fan was messed up on the microwave. I've been amazed at how good American Home Shield is. I just go online, tell them what the problem is, and within just a bit, somebody calls me. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
