They get the job done. Most of the time you have to wait several days to get it done. No exceptions if your HVAC has a problem.
The value is there. It's worth the peace of mind knowing if something breaks, I can get service immediately and at a fair price.

I have used American home shield for just a little over 4 years. I have some issues with contractors not contacting me for service. With a quick call to the customer service line my issue was resolved promptly.
