American Home Shield has been there for my family when we have unexpected repairs. Not only do they have multiple ways to submit a claim , whether online or by phone, the response time from vendors is extremely fast. Also , the vendors are always top reviewed experts when you google their service. The fact they take pride in the quality of the expert they send to help , speaks volumes to their service and commitment to quality.

Waiting to make claims on line, but there is no option to since re-keying.
Had a recent claim on a sump pump during a storm and AHS promptly contacted me and a service company. Not only same day but that morning

Shortly after the roofer fixed my roof leak, the leak became worse. I couldn't put a 2nd request in. I had to call the secondary company for a follow up. I also text the original person who fixed my roof.he came back out but don't think the company ever notified him. He only came bc I text him personally .
