I have had this company for more than 10 years and it is very good service, my silver plan cover many appliances and they come to my house usually within 48 hours to fix the problem. I did not like when I changed to platinum plan because you pay more and the benefits are almost the same, that is way I go backed to silver plan.

I have been left on my own for the installation of a dishwasher it's nice but not nearly as good as the one that was replaced, and I still have not completed the installation. I didn't believe that would happen. I give three stars,because I can't see giving money for less.

They are an amazing company to have when you have a minor issue or even multiple minor issues. But they are not so great to deal with when something covered under your warranty has a major issue, the cost to repair is higher than the cost to purchase it or it needs to be replaced because it cannot be repaired.
Always have supplied the best variety of contractors for my various problems over the last 19 years
