I have had experiences where they have met my expectations on several occasions, but recently I had a very frustrating and negative experience with American Home Shield (AHS). I can't imagine owning home and NOT having the home warranty. I'm a single woman, and while I'm capable of fixing things myself, I do not have any desire to do these things myself. I've heard others talk about their home warranty and not be too impressed. AHS has always been awesome to deal with. Thank you.
