So far, I no complaints. Great Customer Service: My questions are always answered; The approved Technicians are respectful and very knowledgeable and the replacements appear to be good quality (except for not having a white dishwasher, so I had to chose stainless - I still wish it was white.

Good vendor follow up. Vendor was open to work with AHS. In the past I have seen vendors shy away from as they were not reimbursed on time or there were payment issues.

My first experience with American Home Shield was good. Actually, once they assigned my problem to a repair company, I did not work with American Home Shield again. I was very happy with the assigned repair company and my leaky kitchen faucet was repaired to my satisfaction.
