We had some issues with the water filling back into the tub after the washing machine had finished cycle and had turned off. The technician from Dudek that came out was able to repair it. There was some kind of sensor that he replaced. Also, while he was out, I had him look at the dryer because I had changed the vent hose and the outside vent. I like American Home Shield. I keep renewing with them every time I’ve moved and I’ve moved four times in five years. A couple of years ago, it was very difficult to get in touch with them. Now that I could do most of it online, it’s okay. But when I had problems with the plumber or the answering service, it was tedious because nobody would listen to what I was saying about the plumbing.
