Come through every time, great company if you are on a monthly budget and don't have $thousands of dollars laying around to repair or replace critical equipment.

It's been just ok so far. I don't like that you have the option to say "still not fixed" and then the new service request it creates charges you, even if you're within the 30 day guarentee. That's not ok, also it was extremely hard to hear the customer service representative that I spoke to on the phone. She was helpful mostly, but I couldn't hear half of what she was asking or saying to help answer her questions.
Every time we need help, they respond quickly. They assign a service provider who's been vetted and is reliable.
