We had an issue with the toilet upstairs in my house. It wasn't mounted correctly and seemed to be posing a problem. So I sent the claim online and they sent back a confirmation. I got a call the next day from the maintenance guy. He showed up on-time and fixed the problem. He was in and out in 45 minutes. It was great. I'm so glad I have the coverage. I'm very satisfied.
I reported my microwave oven was not working properly via online. The next day a craftsman called and set up a time to come by and see my oven. the craftsman looked at my microwave and said he would have to order parts. Four days later the parts came in and the oven was repaired. I was very pleased with the entire process. I think american home shield did a fine job.
The repair technician repaired the issue. It's a rental property and he did call me and let me know what was going on. He was very upfront and honest, and he was able to make the repair without me incurring any other cost. That was great. My tenant didn't have any complaints so everything went well. Recently, we purchased a house and American Home Shield looked like the best warranty option that I was looking for in the internet. They have the best reviews. The fan on our AC caught the wires and it blew out a capacitor. At first, American Home Shield wanted to send out somebody else. The last time they tried to send that company out, they were talking about coming out two or three days later. And hot as it was, I couldn't wait two or three days later. Express Appliance was good and very professional. After the parts came, they gave me the next available appointment. It was a Saturday and turned out to be convenient. Since they fixed the appliance, we haven't had any issues. Also, they brought whatever was necessary to take precautions due to the pandemic. I had a plumbing issue and I sent in a claim to American Home Shield online through the app. It was easy and they sent out a tech from Immediate Response Plumbing & Rooter Service. But they were not able to fix the problem as the only way to fix it would be to replace the water heater.
