the quality of service - completed in timely manner and did a good job
For an issue with our AC, Burleson Services in Ocala was sent out after I made a request for it online with American Home Shield. That process was easy. I had spoken with reps on the phone and that was not as easy because usually, you get put on hold for an hour or so. Overall, we have had some issues but in general, American Home Shield remedies the issues even if it often takes two different contractors to come out. In the case of our AC, it's good now.
Other companies do their best to try to not cover claims. American Home Shield not only covers the claims they promised to, but they go out of their way to make sure that items are fixed and the customer is happy.
The repair person from Sears was promt , agreeable and efficient and solved my dryer problem .Would call on him agine Good quality repair and good customer service . He deserves 5 stars !
It's been very good with American Home Shield. My recent claim was for a dishwasher that was not drying our dishes. There was no heat at all. Submitting the claim was fine but I am still waiting to find out where I need to send the invoice for the unit we are purchasing. It's being replaced. I did call in to American Home Shield and I waited on the phone for over two hours for an agent.
Our Samsung refrigerator started flashing all kinds of numbers and it kept going into demo mode which was turning the icebox off. We called American Home Shield and they sent out Coastal Appliance. The company called to let me know when they’re coming. When they got here, they had the mask. They also did their distance. They said that they needed to change out all the touchscreen. I bought the house five years ago and American Home Shield is the only one I've had. If I call them, they’ll come. It’s not instantaneously but nothing is when you're talking repairs. It took the contractor for an electrical issue about a week after I submitted the claim to come out. I'm glad it was not an emergency but it was a little dark to do laundry. Great Repair Technician. Very friendly and helpful telephone reps. The best thing about AHS is their repairman******. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to repair our refrigerator and washer before either could cause damage to our home. The most frustrating thing so far is the LONG wait times on the phone, but you are rewarded when you get to talk to someone because they are ALL friendly and helpful.
