They are very professional and respond to service requests within one day. When I have had an issue with a contractor they are quick to get involved to bring resolution to the problem.
I pay my premium- the coverage is easy to understand. I call, an experienced tech is sent. Things beyond repair are replaced. This is a huge peace of mind for me.

Colorado Residential Services came out for my dryer. They said that I'd get a call within 24 hours and I didn't, but I did get the notification. So, I called myself and the guy said that he would call me back, and he did. Then he scheduled to come out the next day or two. He was on time and quick. Resolved problem, sensitive to Covid virus, professional.
All repairs have been handled quickly and with professionalism.
I called American Home Shield, spoke to an agent and they said within 24 hours someone will come out for my garbage disposal that wasn't working. It was more like 48 hours when I heard from them, but I understand that with Covid-19, sometimes things take a little longer. Flowright Plumbing then came at the time they said they would come and they fixed the problem.
