During our latest AC problem, the 1st company came and fixed it for 2 hours. My husband is 80 and has heart and respiratory problems. AHS got a new company who came and fixed the problem.So after 3 days my husband didn't have to sleep on the floor downstairs. Thank you AHS.

Good if you're repair is not urgent. Mostly they do stand by their repairs but if you need something repaired quickly not always possible.

AHS has been easy to work with when I have a need appliances repaired. I have been with them with them for about four years And have had probably eight or 10 minor repairs to dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. All have been satisfactorily repaired. The only change I would like to see is being able to request repair companies who have been sent by AHS before and that I have been particularly pleased with. Sometimes that has been possible but not every time.
