excellent customer service, prompt feedback, polite communication.
My garage door was going up and down on its own. American Home Shield sent O'Donnel Doors to handle things. Submitting the claim to Home Shield online was very easy. I'm an advocate for them. I really enjoy having their warranty. I highly recommend others to purchase it especially if they own a home.
I have been happy with services I have received from AHS: dishwasher and microwave and air conditioner. Knowledgeable technicians who are courteous and respectful. I would recommend AHS!
My water heater was not working. I called AHS and they expedited it very quickly and clearly. They answered questions and told me that the repair people were gonna give me a call and come out within a couple of days. So it was very simple. The contractor that came was fine. He was courteous, gave me clear explanations, fixed it quickly and was okay. It’s been working fine since the repair. AHS was convenient and it’s a great service.

Good customer service! I was not satisfied with a company, RYCO, that came out to service my Ceiling Fans. AHS, gave me the option to get a second opinion and the Technician from AlsupElectric, came right out and resolved the issue right away!
I am so happy that I invested in American Home Shield. When I put in the work order within a few minutes I got a response and literally a work order in right away.

Good company, great service but cost is higher than their competition. Don't know if it's worth paying the premium
