Not to happy took for ever to get a AC company out and my house still not getting cool
I have found American homeshield to always come in handy when I least expected it! An appliance breaks down and instead of replacing an expensive appliance or huge cost to fix my warranty covers it!

Responsive and usually stick to task until resolved. Sometimes slow response due to contracted services not doing their part right.
Service has been good but considering canceling because price has gone up.
Every time we have had to use them they fixed what needed fixed
