The technician that came by for our recent claim with AHS did a thorough look of the unit as possible. He did note that the same problem that we had last time was a clogging of the pipe, 'cause he went to vacuum that as he was getting that part. But he also mentioned that the drain pipe that I have for my AC unit is smaller than the actual unit itself. SAP Services came out for a clogged pipe up in the attic. Doing the claim with American Home Shield was easy. I did it online, and then I called in. It took a little while on hold, but I called in. It'd be nice to be able to select a group when you do do a claim online. Other than that, having the warranty is worth it.
AHS is a great company. I have never had a problem with anything with them. Every issue we have had has been covered with no complaint or problem with them. They fixed plugged drains, they have replaced a water heater, and have replaced leaky faucets. Everything is easy and fast.
Awesome service and the nicest men who installed the unit.
They are quick to respond and to fix the problem.
