We had our ice maker replaced and fan . They ordered parts that took forever to get in and I called when they came in was put on schedule immediately. The repair man Kevin was great he went over and beyond.

I had a problem with my garage opener. I made a phone to American Home Shield - within a county days a company came to the house and resolved the problem to my my satisfaction.

Responsive when I need them. But sometimes takes a long time to get someone on the phone.
Only issue I've had and have heard from others is how long it takes to replace an appliance
They don't always hire great contractors to do the work that's covered.
