Very responsive for arranging repair person. We had two cases: 1) dishwasher repair completed via one repair person; 2) refrigerator was a nightmare because it required an authorized GE repair person, eventually had to have firm that installed it do the repair and pay them ourselves, but we were reimbursed. HOWEVER, THEIR RENEWAL RATE IS A HUGE INCREASE OVER THE RATE FOR FIRST YEAR. WON'T RENEW AT THAT RATE.
The Representative was very efficient and understand my issue and response time was very excellent. Thank you for your awesome well train staff!
Every interaction has been a good experience. they have been very quick to arrange service and to replace something when needed.
I had a problem with the condensation pump in the basement and it shut the system down. It was easy to file the claim and the tech replaced the condensation pump.
I haven't had to use AHS much but when I have, they are responsive and I have been pleased with their vendors.
They are prompt and professional. Always get the job done!

The A-1 Quality guy was a professional and it was a pleasure watching him work. He gave me a call and said, "Can I come about 15 minutes earlier because I am free." I said no problem and then he came. He was wearing a mask and I was wearing a mask myself, and then we kept our distance. He did what he came to do and he did a wonderful job. When we finally got through on your call line after three try's. Our problem with are microwave was reviewed and replaced in a week.
