Expert Appliance Service was sent out and did a good job. The guy was very nice. He fixed my fridge and then he checked the washer and made a couple of comments about my dryer. He made sure that it was okay. Then he checked my water tube and he explained to me, everything was okay. He didn't try to do a lot of work on it because he explained that the weather was too hot and it was affecting the sensors. Everything is working well. Wonderful follow-through and professional contract personnel!
There was an AC leak and I had Owen Plumbing come out. It was easy to get the claim going with American Home Shield but I just can't get it finished. Owen Plumbing refused to finish the job. So Home Shield is calling another vendor. The claim is still ongoing.
Some vendors are not top rated and service is questionable sometimes. Not enough local service vendors
American Home Shield is good. I had a claim for a washer and the contractor has to order a part for it.
The appliance repairman was excellent. The plumber was not.
American Home Shield sent Sancho Services to check my hot water heater. It wasn't getting hot. The person I talked to at American Home Shield was okay. The guys from Sancho were very professional as well. They needed to just light the pilot. And by it being in the attic, we have had several people to look at it to light the pilot, and they were telling us that the thing was broken. The hot water heater was broken.
