It is a hit or miss. Sometimes I get great service but not always. Poor communication

I am happy with AHS customer service. However, A&E Appliance Repair gets a less than satisfactory rating.

Easy to use, only have had one problem in the many years we have used them. Website wasn't working correctly, thought i had made an appointment for my washing machine and no one showed. Now i just call an speak to a human.
