Water was leaking out of the pump. The Phoenix Pool Tech came, identified the issue, and then fixed it. They had to order a part and he kept me up-to-date on everything. The pump is working now. It kept my pool from turning green. American Home Shield suited all of my needs and they fixed my problem in a timely manner.
AHS is great. Their online problem reporting system was down at the time I needed to file a service request and I did have to wait for a representative, bit je was very helpful and got me taken care of. The vendor contacted me the next day and had the repairs done immediately after receiving the parts.
When the air conditioner goes, you have to wait several days to get it repaired. But the contractor came out the same day and it went very well. We called sometime in the afternoon and they were here at 5:00. They replaced the capacitor, which is probably a normal repair job for an air conditioning unit. The technician has been here before. The drain pipe from the air conditioning that goes into sewage was backing up and water was all over the place. The techs from Higginbottom's fixed it. They did everything perfectly. Higginbottom's is one of the best. My experience with American Home Shield has been very good.
The burner part of the range wasn't reacting. All Appliance's tech ordered the part. The range was fixed. Because I had two claims, one for the stove and another for the range, it took about five days. I had another one for the bathroom plumbing and the contractor had the part. It was fixed right away. The technician was good and qualified. I have a very good experience with Home Shield. I'm very satisfied.
Our other dryer was not working well so we called American Home Shield. I was given a time for when to expect Dill Appliance and Repair which was Friday between 9:00 to 12:00. Their guy was on the dot on Friday and fixed the dryer. Dill Appliance did a very good job. Their guy was courteous and professional. Everything has been good since then. Our dryer has been performing up to the mark. The dyer is one of our important appliances and we are glad that it was fixed.
We had an appliance issue and Universal 1 Repair came out. They were pretty good, wore masks, and kept social distancing. It took a little while for it to finally get done because the guys came out five or six times. I just spoke to somebody from American Home Shield and they told me that the washer would be replaced, 'cause they said it was within the next 24 to 48 hours I was gonna be contacted with some options for a new washer.
I'm pleased with American Home Shield. I had a water dispenser go out and I contacted them. They contacted a local repair company and they were over here the next day. The process was good. I just went online and saw that I was covered for that item. The contractor was good too. They showed up on time when they said they would and did what they needed to do. They tried to order parts but they couldn't so they replaced the unit. Everything was as I would've expected.
I had a fantastic experience with American Home Shield. My air conditioner wasn't working one day. It was really easy making a service request through the American Home Shield website. It took me just a couple of minutes. It was good. Family A/C Service Solutions was the designated service provider and they were gonna contact me within 24 hours to make an appointment. They came out to fix the air conditioner and they were excellent.
