There have been a couple small things they would not cover that I thought they should, but overall they have responded promptly to my requests for service and have sent very competent, professional contractors to provide the needed service.
I really like having a contract with AHS, but I wish the timeframe for a service call wasn't so wide.

I have learned that as your heating and a/c systems age, the depreciation value on your system impacts the amount of credit you receive on a replacement unit. Customers need to understand that replacement parts are difficult to acquire and you will eventually have to shell out thousands of dollars to replace your equipment. I have used AHS for over 15 years and have had fairly good service. Just be prepared to proactively save some money for the inevitable which is replacing your equipment.
