The customer service people are fine it's the follow through that is really good. The contractor is call you right away but if they don't do a thing they just stop.
My last experience with AHS was not very good to say the least, I'm not feeling very confident with the way that the team handles the claims that are submitted, if it wasn't for the contractor that was assigned to my home and the way that they followed up on my claim due to the negligent claim processing of my clothes dryer , I would have been in a world of trouble , my claim was closed after I was told that I would have to pay an extremely high amount to repair my dryer by the AHS representative, I'm so thankful that the co... read more
They cover what they say they cover. I had broken flusher and the tech came and fixed my toilet. Can't beat that.

Service is great, but once again we are waiting for the part because the service company is not Whirlpool authorized.
They make owning a home easy! Biggest stress is if you have appliance stop working! They have you up and running fast!
