I have had to deal with leak issues in my home. I tried once without them. What I found is that the cost to fix the leak was greater to deal directly with a plumber. In addition AHS sends someone out to repair the holes in locating the leak. The fix is not necessarily paint ready and completion comes out of your pocket. The process of using AHS has become more streamlined and quicker attention is being given to the needs of the homeowner. The subcontractors more often then not do good work. Generally good experience with service, sometimes a longer wait than I'd like. Not too excited about the latest rate increase.
Rated 4 as I was told that had I not bought my own replacement faucet that I would been given a builder grade when the one that needed replacing was NOT builder grade and that troubles me..it should be similar to what I had in.
