I've had 2 repairs done and both times it was scheduled quick, the companies they use are great, professional and do good work.

I've spent many hours on the phone waiting to speak to an agent, been without heat and a/c for a couple of weeks and even water for 4 or 5 days. Things constantly get patched and rarely are really replaced. But it has helped us out a few times.

The service techs were knowledgeable and professional. They thoroughly checked the heater and advised it is safe for now. The small crack will eventually get bigger but for now I can continue to use the heater. I appreciate their honesty
