Being older and on a fixed income, I wish I had known about this home warranty earlier in life. Owning your home can be very expensive, with unending expenses. I had to file 2 claims with American Home Shield in one week. They responded immediately, and sent licensed contractors to repair my leaking faucet and broken air conditioner within a day. on the 1st 2 contracts I was charged and nothing was done. on that 2nd contract LA Appliance didn't even bother to show up, after several phone calls you finally assign the 2nd contract to another company and it got fixed. you guys are hitting about 33%.
They have handled all my maint.issues in a timely and professional manner
