I've spent many hours on the phone waiting to speak to an agent, been without heat and a/c for a couple of weeks and even water for 4 or 5 days. Things constantly get patched and rarely are really replaced. But it has helped us out a few times.

The service techs were knowledgeable and professional. They thoroughly checked the heater and advised it is safe for now. The small crack will eventually get bigger but for now I can continue to use the heater. I appreciate their honesty

It very easy to place service requests. Their may be a disconnect between the AHS and the technicians. Just ensure AHS communicate more closely with the technical team.
