The price is right for the amount of items they cover. I've used them several times for big items washer, dryer and furnace. All of these would have cost a fortune. The vendors that American Home Shield uses are dependable and knowledgeable.

It is a good company. However, sometimes they don’t cover repairs that I would consider to be included in the coverage
American home shield has always done what they say they're going to do they have helped me every time I've needed them the price is a good price to have peace of mind and knowing if something goes wrong you will be taken care of I have had some technicians come out that I did not agree with and when I did I spoke with American home shield about that they resolve the problem by understanding what the problem was and help me fix itSo even if you have a problem they will work with you and help you resolve the issue I like that
