It is very easy to file a claim and schedule service. The contractors they use are top notch. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars is that the amount they will authorize for replacement of a major appliance (ex. Furnace, AC) is only sufficient to cover an entry level product.
Washer took two visits by sears and one by a plumber , 1( 80.00) fee plus 275 for replacements of pipes and hoses. Sears person said it was a plumbing issue, plumber said it was a washer issue. I was confused. Sears came out a second time and still stated that he saw nothing wrong.
Filed a claim and they were 100% on spot!

The installer did it;s job well. I still have to pay $2600 plus out ot pocket. Its not the installer's fault. Just not covered on the policy. Tough luck.
