Their clients take way too long to fix things. It seems like they start at the top of the alphabet to pick a repair company. Change things up AHS! Pick other companies from the middle or bottom of the list. Some of the companies at the top of the list aren't that good.
The ease of use of ordering a service. The professionals contact was quick.

I obtained a policy with American Home Shield almost a year ago. I have friends and family that have policies and they rave about them! My AC went out the only thing it needed was coolant which is the only thing that’s not covered. My husband hasn’t worked in well over a year. I obtaind this policy so that in the event anything did happen we would be covered and we weren’t. I still have the policy. I pray to have better experiences in the future if/when need be.
Fast efficient service. It's were covered and if not fixed they were replaced.

They offer excellent coverage, normally provide you with professional, qualified companies to address whatever issue you're having.

AHS reps and Service Providers were all courteous, professional and responsive. Two of three Reps were difficult to understand . Service work was completed to a satisfactory level but not perfectly. One service call had to be repealed 3 times before adequate repair was achieved.
