They are almost impossible to reach in person. But they do provide the services I need.
To date, the contractors were professional, skilled, courteous and timely.

We had a problem with our dishwasher. We hired a company to come and repair it. The Service person who came to fix the dishwasher told us that, "These things are made to become obsolete". He told us there was nothing he could do to fix it and left. A couple of weeks later, we started getting a large lump in our woof floor in the kitchen. I decided to get American Home Shield to come and check it out. We knew we had a problem. The American Home Shield technician told us it was a $25.00 part and he could fix it. Around the house you may need major things fixed around the house and American Home Shield the company fore job. I have needed a few things fixed maybe even fully replaced and they did just that. Replaced my furnace and just recently my washing machine both brand new so for that I am very grateful to have them. Thank American Home Shield

Too expensive monthly and then still have to pay $75 for repair company to come. I had a water heater they won't cover. Also only covered $10 a pound for ferrion.
Efficient good choice for me and that's that.
