So far it has been good. AMS has been able to provide service providers that have fixed our problems.

Takes too long to get parts, 45 days or so is too long.

my tech was very professional and courteous as was promised by AHS . I called AHS they got me a tech in a matter of less than a day. my job was done very quickly , plus clean up . each time I have used them I have been left very satisfied .

I rate them that way because the assigned worker is very professional. He comes in, checks the problem, in my case the heat/air conditioning system, and answers questions.
