My AC wasn't working and it blew part of my electric out. I put in my repair request and American Home Shield was right on top of it. All Comfort Specialists was assigned to me and they were very friendly. When the tech came out the first time, he got my electric working right away. He worked on the AC and told me what was wrong. They would get the part in and they would be back out. They were back within three days with the part and got the AC fixed. They went above what they needed to do. I was very happy. The garage door was not closing right all the way. It would still be one foot higher than the ground or sometimes 6 inch higher than the ground. The tech said there was something that needed to be reset on the top and he did that. It was easy to submit the claim. American Home Shield does a good job whenever they come. So far, I have a good experience with them. They also fixed my air condition and dryer before. So they’re pretty good.

On a Tuesday night, the shower backed up all together completely. The toilets inside the house were clogged. The other bathroom, shower and bath were clogged. I went and tried to snake the inside of the shower trying to figure out where the clog was coming from. Then after I couldn't figure out, I made the claim online to AHS. The guy came in the beginning part of what time they said they were gonna be here and found out what the problem was. He was very pleasant. He had to order the part so we had to wait a few weeks but that's not their fault. I understand it takes a while sometimes to order a part. When the part came, he came and put it in. It took him 5 or 10 minutes and he was done. He made sure it worked. This year is the first time we needed anybody and it was all taken care of by American Home Shield.
We had a clogged up sewer line. It was one bathroom that was completely out of service because of it. We couldn't use our kitchen and our washing machine because they were all tied to the same line. Half of our house wasn't working. I called the American Home Shield. They took my deductible payment then they coordinated with Home Choice Services to come out and fix the problem. I had some outlets that needed to be replaced, and I filed a claim to American Home Shield. Everything with Epic Mechanical was perfect. The tech did what he was coming to do and he did it in a timely manner and I had a great visit.
It was easy to request service. Home Shield quickly followed up with our request. And then, Element came here pretty fast. As soon as they got here, they let them in and they went straight to work, checked the outside and inside units. They told me what was wrong with things and how they would fix it and they did their thing. They assessed the AC unit and they found out the coolant was low. My door wouldn't close and I was easily able to file a claim online on the app. They said the contractor would be out in a couple days and it was quick. 495 Garage Door came and they did a good job. Everything's been working well since.
