Had good experience and bad. Had to have an appliance replaced took 8 weeks. Things got out of hand and the company they used to deliver it was horrible. They need to screen the vendors better. It looked bad on AHS because I pay them. They had no clue what was going on, I lost 2 days of work waiting on this company to deliver the appliance. Then my A/C repair worked out great. It took them 1 day and 15 minutes to fix the problem. Great service.
Always room for improvement, the service from the company had been great. The companies that sends out a technician has been great thus far.
