I called them American home shield and they got right on it went out next day

Good rates, good service packages but the inability for the consumer to see what local service provider options / service ratings amongst AHS policy owners is unfortunate. AHS doesn't look at outside reviews & doesn't seem to offer transparency to policy holders to inside reviews. If I have a bad experience with a provider AHS assigned to my request I don't have any recourse in selecting a different company & it looks bad for AHS, because they are my advocate to repair my items if they are not catering to AHS members then wh... read more
