I was very happy with the quick response.
I purchased an older home and I knew I would need some assistance for repairs. A referral of a current customer led me to AHS and I signed up with them. Recently, my toilet didn't work and I submitted a claim online. Their website was very user-friendly and the techs who came out were very professional. Since the service, the toilet has been functioning well.

The AC was not working so we went online to American Home Shield and then I got a text shortly thereafter that said that the claim was received. The next day, I got another text from Next Generation that they received my claim and they let me know when they could come out. They checked my outside AC unit and the capacitor was out. They replaced the capacitor and got the fan going. But about a day later, the AC stopped working again. Microwave needed new parts and replaced quickly and also fixed couple things original installer neglected to do.
There was a bunch of stuff broken inside the interior part of the split AC unit. The fan relay and some other electronics for the fan weren't working. Cool Experts corrected that. But it still wasn't cooling to what I would consider appropriate in Texas. So they came back and found that the previous servicer had overfilled the coolant which damaged the compressor.
