I have been waiting 5 or 6 months to get my stovetop fixed or replaced. This is unsatisfactory.

Prompt service. Contractors solve the problem. The only issue I have is the auto renewal. I have some adjustments to make and the renewal process has skipped past me twice.

They have done great with all my calls and fixed everything that I have made a call to them about so far.
I've been with them for several years, when needed they provide great service, the only thing I am not sure about is how many vendors do they have. But the ones that had to be sent out have been professional
