Responsive, though generally don't have a good solution to problems. Instead of replacing my very expensive dishwasher with something equivalent, you give me much cheaper models. Instead of replacing my oven door, you want to send it off for weeks and weeks to get rebuilt.
Very responsive and professional. One vendor did not meet their expectations and they sent out another one.
