Not willing to replace when an appliance broke down multiple time. It took 2-3 weeks to repair
We have been please with outcomes but, getting to the outcome/resolution can be very difficult. We will consider switching to a local company that makes communication a priority.
We have had a great experience with AHS overall these past three years. I only dropped a star because AHS recently increased our premiums but did not communicate that to us ahead of time. I received an email May 17 letting me know that our warranty would be renewed & our credit card charged in June for the upcoming year... but there was no mention of an increase in fees. Thankfully, a quick call to customer service yesterday cleared things up and our representative gave us a credit for two months. That was very kind and hono... read more

Every time I've had to use AHS, they have been courteous and prompt. The service companies that have been used are great as well.
