Long waits with some contractors before repair. Also changing repair dates without confirmation from client. Communication blackouts.
My dryer went out it wasn't heating up put a claim in and got info on contractor within an hour great job

The past service call was excellent. I would like to only have ONE visit rather than two visits. One to determine the issue, the second to make the repair.
