I’ve been with AHS for a long time and I have had many service requests. Some things have been covered and some not. One situation had an extremely negative outcome. My dishwasher died and I never had it looked at, but when my refrigerator died a while later, I submitted a service request. It took a long time to get a repair person out, so I had to use ice and a cooler for several days. They looked at the dishwasher and refrigerator and reported back to AHS, and AHS decided that neither was covered because it must have been ... read more
They have a very good internet platform. As long as you understand your contract/coverage, it’s really hard to not have a good experience when using their self service platform.
