On occasion it is difficult to understand the agent taking the information on my issue, and my issue does not get relayed correctly and it does cause delays in getting the work done. I know I can input my issue via the website, but I prefer human interaction. Ultimately my issues were fixed and I am a satisfied customer.

lead time is a bit protracted. American Home Shield's customer service has been excellent.
Always a quick response from American Home Shield and a quick response from contractors, providing it isn't a weekend.

AHS overall has been very hood. In one instance the local business would not return calls about a replacement of an air conditioner. After five unsuccessful callsi vontacyed my realtor who ultimately contacted AHS - who had the problem solved almost immefiately.
One month after moving we had an AC go out. After all the costs of buying a new house, It was nice to pay $75 and get a blower motor replaced.
