Most providers were excellent, others were good, but a couple providers were less than satisfactory with timeliness and with billing additional charges. Replacement items were not covered if they malfunctioned, and I was referred by AHS to the manufacturer's warranty division, which told me they didn't cover it either, as AHS hadn't handled the warranty on the item. They respond fast and usually have a plan ready to resolve your issues. One time, there was a delay from one of the plumbers that held us all up for two weeks. They resolved the issue and were very professional after several calls.
