It can be very hard to get through to a representative, and not always easy to get a problem resolved. I had to get a second opinion on one issue, so by the time I had heat on half of my place, winter was almost over.
Had A/C go out the morning of a heat wave. Put in a call and had A/C fixed on the same day.
