I have had a dryer replaced a have a double oven scheduled. They are fast to send someone to repair. If it isn't possible to repair, they will replace. I recommend American Home Shield.

Phone representatives are not very helpful. They don't seem to understand as you explain your problem.
It was easy to set up online. Receive confirmation right away with the name of the company that was coming out to look at our appliance.

AHS generally does what it says it will. However, communication can take weeks, and in one recent experience months. I am currently waiting for an authorized reimbursement. It has ben 3 weeks and I dont kno if they recieved my email with the needed reciept attatched. My fingers are crossed. When I call the wait times are often over 30 minutes. However, despite the delay and kavk of communication AHS has come through in the past so my fingers are crossed.
Usually one day turnaround for locating the repairmen

My washer went out called AHS and in 24 hrs. They came out checked my washer found that it couldn't be fix in two weeks I had a new one think to AHS.
