When I called the Customer service for help. There was a quick response. The Technician was immediately scheduled as expected because of the required and immediate need to fix the household appliance that's not working.

First experience was great. Service call was taken care of in a timely manner. Second time not so good. It's been 3 weeks since I put in for service and I still can't get a answer for AHS. Very frustrating.
