We had a dryer break down. Called American Home Shield, no problem talking with a rep. And they contacted a service company. The company showed up next day diagnosed the problem, with in a couple days the part came in . We were back in business. No hassle no problems. Very happy with American Home Shield!

They continued to work with me with getting my a/c running. Very helpful with reminders as to who was assigned and letting me know what day and time to expect repair service. Representatives are always polite and very helpful.

You sent a company to repair a leak in bathroom faucet. They came one time and did return to replace faucet. It too FOUR calls to YOU before you sent another company. One month and a half with a leaky fsucet. You finally sent another company.i ask for help and your reps did nothing. You finally sent a company to fix it. I have been with you for eight years, but I am very upset that it took one month and a half to get help.
