You sent a company to repair a leak in bathroom faucet. They came one time and did return to replace faucet. It too FOUR calls to YOU before you sent another company. One month and a half with a leaky fsucet. You finally sent another company.i ask for help and your reps did nothing. You finally sent a company to fix it. I have been with you for eight years, but I am very upset that it took one month and a half to get help.

would be a 5 but the garage door ace repair kept rescheduling and i have not had time to call AHS to get another garage door repair comp out the first one took our chain for the opener demanded $250on the spot and wrote a false report

They’re fine for easy to diagnose and repair items. Trying to communicate with their call center in the Philippines? is a nightmare.
The problem got fixed in a timely manner. Was able to submit a service request online.

The company it's self is a good company. I highly recommend it to save on high cost of repairs. However, some of the agent's you will have a hard time to understand,, due to their accents. I have used them several times, to fix my washer and replace my garage door opener. If you're into saving money on repairs of expensive household equipment, I recommend you get AHS.
So far So good! I am a new member with AHS, and the response for two issues we had was quick.
