American Home Shield is quick to respond and open a service request but the vendor does not always respond as quickly as hoped
I have been with AHS for several years and the service is GREAT. Whenever I had an issue with an item in my home, it was either repaired or replaced within a timely manner.

I like the ease in requesting service and the online texting feature when I need help creating my service request or have questions. The company's that have provided services have been professional and know their "stuff". Overall very pleased with every aspect of your service contract.

I have had four claims with AHS in the last six months. AHS assigned a technician to the work right away and they came within time limit, even sooner for issues needing. One problem (refrigerator leaking) was resolved at time of the visit. The first of the other three took months to resolve. A microwave door had to be ordered it took more than two months and when it arrived it was the wrong one. Another month and a half we final got the right one.
