1. I had 3 repairs that were needed (sink plugger stuck in the downward position) 2 days later the plugger again stuck in the downward position. 2. Sink Faucet in the hall bathroom dripping: the same day; the gripping started again. 3. A part was ordered for the upstairs tub: no word on when that will come in.
Service rep was on time and resolved issue immediately. Very professional and courteous.
