United Air Temp was excellent. They were very professional and polite. The shower was leaking through the ceiling from the second floor down to the first floor, and they found out that the trap of the gasket was leaking causing water to damage the ceiling. They cut the portion of the ceiling out and fixed the gasket in there. It took them about five days to do the fix. I've had American Home Shield on one house since 2005 and they are very good, but I've had them much longer than that. All in all, I'm okay with them, which is why I stay with them. I got more than one property, including a place in Virginia. They ask me if they can come over and fix my whatever in Virginia and I give them a number to call there. I've got AHS for three properties. There were a few things wrong with the AC at one property in Stoney Glen that were a little more technical. I got the notification from the tenant at four o'clock pm on a Friday. Then I got a prompt response and scheduled everything with the tenant. Even on a Sunday evening, they were even discussing with me exactly what time they were gonna be there on Monday, which was the next business day. They had good communication as well. There was a leak in my roof and there were brown spots forming in my living room ceiling. Those spots were getting bigger so I know there was some type of leak in the attic. I filed the claim with them, came by and American Home Shield's tech from Universal Plumbing came by. He found that there was some problem with my air conditioning which was too backed up. I submitted a claim with AHS because the outlet for the garbage disposal wasn't working. The technician that came out was clean. He was a very good technician. He knew what he was doing. He also came on time and I appreciate that.
The spin cycle of our washer wasn't working. I called American Home Shield. The contractors that came out were great. They did their job and they fixed the washing machine. Everything's working great.
