I've gotten very good customer service with AHS. I do think the coverage is a bit pricey
I called in the problem on my refrigerator, a tech came out found the problem and order the part and had it installed with in a week.

I have been with this company for 14 years and I only gave them three stars, right?! It is very convenient to have someone come into your home for a $75 charge and repair what is wrong. That being said, my monthly payment has increased quite a bit since we first became customers and are weighing whether or not to continue with the service.
