The technician did a great job fixing the dishwasher. We are still waiting for the freezer to be fixed, as the ice cube maker still needs a part to make the ice and it needs a new light bulb.

The service companies provided are not always highly qualified. I dealt with a ridiculous AC repair company multiple times that was sent by AHS. Finally I chose to pay extra out of pocket to have a brand new unit installed. Fast forward two years and it stopped working. I'm happy to see AHS is using a new company (they were great) but frustrated that the other company had to go out of business for a new one to be chosen. I have had acouple good items fixed, no problem, and some others were very bad service, with Brunswick Co, 3o days to replace a leaking hot water tank and a $250.00 co-pay on heater plus the !00.00 deductable,
