I gave American Home Shield five stars, because I have been satisfied with the contractors they partner with. Submitting a service request is quick and easy and they do not constantly raise their rates.
I have always gotten my issued resolved using American Home Shield. They get my lights back working, my plumbing issues resolved, and my ceiling fans back on. I was referred to A.H.S. by a co-worker and I am glad that I acted on that advice.
It's very easy to submit claims with American Home Shield. I just don't like the AC company they work with. But 495 Garage Door did a great job. They fixed my garage opener and I'm very happy with them.
The contractor came out and they said that they had to recontact Home Shield to see what needs to be done with my bathroom fan. I'm still waiting on someone to recontact me to find out exactly what's gonna happen. The contractor stated that the one that was installed wasn't supposed to be in the bathroom. He had to get confirmation to find out if they were gonna replace it or what was gonna happen with my request. I was never recontacted and it's been at least a few months. Knock Out Pools originally came out to replace my pump seal. Then I called the tech back three days later 'cause it was producing chlorine at 100% and I couldn't drop it down to 60% like it was supposed to do. The technician came out and tried to do it, and it wouldn't do it either. So, he said that the circuit board was bad and he had to order one. Awesome customer service and easy to arrange for service request.I will definitely recommend with our relatives and friends. Cost wise is very competitive and reasonable and will let our friend knows.
I submit claims American Home Shield over the phone and so far, their contractors have been good. The recent one was Control Plumbing and they were great.
Dempsey Oil's service was excellent. They have two professionals that I've worked with and both of them were stellar. The only issue I really had was there were two calls for the same item and it wasn't a call that I've made. It was a second call that AHS had put in the database with a different tagline.
