Repairman was able to get there on time. The appt was set up within 24hrs and work was done within 48hrs. The dispatch/customer support for the repair company felt a little unprofessional as when I talked to 2 different agents to confirm the appt they both had call quality issues, one I could not hear very well due to connectivity issues like static. Quick response to service. Although first request in july 2021 took me several phone calls to Walker to get a tech out they did a good job.
