Years ago it was suggested by our realtor and mortgage representative to purchase American Home Shield. Of course, I've seen the commercials, but never considered the expense as necessary. American Home shield has always been there for us. We have three homes covered by AHS. Everytime we've needed them they've been there. From appliances, plumbing, electrical and even our pool coverage, they've been great! We've had so many items repaired or replaced.
