Dependable now problems with contractors and efficient

Timely response to issues. Need to read exclusions carefully. Most contractors have been great but a few contractors I'd never want in my home again. They are expensive monthly and then $75 service charge but if you want a low hassle experience when things break then it works.
So far when I have made a request they dispatched someone right away
